We had our shingles replaced at the end of July by this company. I started the process by contacting a few companies on line requesting a quote. I was contacted within an hour and had an appointment with salesman Mike. I spent 6 years working in the roofing supply business before I retired and I knew what vents, underlay and ice and water I wanted before he arrived. I know the best products and would be well able to determine if he was giving me salesman "bull". He recommended exactly what I wanted! We signed the deal not requiring a deposit! There was a very short delay to install due to previous weather issues they had faced but no big deal. The entire rip off, shingle and clean up was all done in one day. Pretty good considering that we have a two story house with a sunroom on the back which we requested de icing cables be installed on. Our crew of Jessie, Brandon and Mike were great once I got them to stop calling me sir! Afterwards we searched and searched for days and days and found FOUR nails. Great experience with this company!

JN Roofing has done two houses and a large repair on a third for me and each time they have been amazing to deal with. It can be nerve-wracking choosing a company for a such an important purchase for your home, but I felt so comfortable choosing them from start to finish. The whole process was seamless. My quotes with Mike were very informative and honest, down to the materials being delivered and the crews showing up on time, on the agreed upon installation dates. They were hardworking, polite and cleaned up like you wouldn’t even know they had been there. Thank you to Jason and everyone at JN Roofing for 3 jobs well done!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with JN Roofing and couldn’t recommend them more! We called on a Thursday afternoon after having a horrible experience with another roofing company. We were understandably stressed and unsure of what to do next, but from our very first phone call, JN Roofing was incredibly reassuring. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explained that we were being given misleading information by the other company, and reassured us that our issue should actually be a fairly simple problem to solve. By Friday afternoon, we received a call from the contractor confirming that he would be available to come inspect and repair our roof the very next day. By Saturday afternoon, our roof was repaired! Mike did an amazing job. He thoroughly inspected the roof, clearly explained what he found, and took the time to explain what typically causes these types of issues. Most importantly, he reassured us that the integrity of our roof was completely fine and that it still had a long life ahead of it. We really appreciated how honest and straightforward he was. There was absolutely no attempt to upsell us or convince us that we needed work we didn't need. Mike made sure we were comfortable with the solution, explained what to keep an eye on after the repair, and told us to reach out if we had any concerns in the future. The entire experience was fast, efficient, professional, and such a breath of fresh air after our initial experience with another company. We are so grateful to JN Roofing for helping us get our repair taken care of so quickly and for giving us peace of mind in the process. We will absolutely be using JN Roofing again in the future and will be recommending them to anyone in Barrie who needs roofing repairs or a replacement. JN Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. The crew arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and cleaned up our property well. They were curtious and pollite and we would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to replace their roof. The sales rep explained everything in detail and answered our questions. There were no hidden costs.

We were aware of a number of deficiencies with the old roof and the workmanship of the previous installer. Our experience with JN Roofing was stress free and exceptional. Starting with the professional office staff that set up the estimate and booked the date for our install. They were polite and prompt in returning calls or emails. Mike, the Sales Representative, was punctual, identified all the problems we already knew existed and more. He thoroughly explained the process and gave us the solutions to remedy the problems. He provided a comprehensive quote. He also answered my questions about the unknown costs that may be discovered once the old shingles were removed. We accepted the quote and the office staff provided dates for us to choose. We took the earliest available date, which fit our schedule. They coordinated the delivery of the shingles and materials that our job required. Everything was on site and Mike, the lead hand (not the sales rep) and his crew arrived promptly and prepared the yard with tarps and covered any windows or doors with plywood to prevent any damage during the process. The old shingles were removed, the Moore Vents and additional insulation were installed to improve the ventilation and air movement in the attic. Once the shingles were removed it was evident that many sheets of plywood were damaged(one of the unknowns I suspected and discussed with our Sales Rep). The decision to replace all the sheets was easy to make because it wasn't a surprise and I aware what the additional costs would be. The crew was polite, professional, efficient, and skilled. They noticed that the previous owners had not properly vented the range hood or bathroom exhaust fan. They installed the correct vents so I could connect them (another of the unknowns). They left the site the same as they found it when they started. The roof looks great. It is completely sealed to keep the rodents from getting in and it has kept the torrential rain we have had, out. We had a positive experience from start to finish and highly recommend JN Roofing. Steve H.

My husband and I would like to compliment the workmanship that was done by the crew on Tuscany grand in Alliston. I have never seen a crew work so diligently and spend long days starting early in the morning and sometimes going to 8 o’clock at night to complete work.
